  • What if I don’t have a credit card?

  • My order did not go through, what now?

  • I got an error message
  •     Maintaining an excellent site is our top priority so if you see any error messages within the site please let us know via email or phone (213) 444-1689 and so we can get on it quick. We appreciate your time and effort to report this to us.


  • What should I expect after payment is done?
  •     Shortly after you conclude your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address of the account. We suggest checking your inbox as soon as possible just in case there are any revisions needed.  Within 24- 48 hours your order is processed, authorized and released. Expect another email with the tracking information for your reference.  Needless to say at any point of the ordering process you have questions please contact us via email or phone.


  • How do you ship the orders?
  •     We ship your orders via UPS with all standard methods they offer.  For more information please check our shipping information page


  • How do you charge shipping?
  •     The shipping fee for each order is based on the package weight, destination, and shipping method. You can check your estimated shipping cost in our your cart before checkout.


  • Where do you ship?
  •     We are currently serving within US only. For all international clients we are working on serving you soon so if you want to purchase our products give us a shout out in our contact us page.


  • I can’t find my city, state or country?
  •     If you can’t locate your area please contact us immediately via email or phone (213) 444-1689. We want to ship your order as quickly as possible.


  • I don’t like what I ordered, what do I do?
  •     If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received please let us know here so we can get you started on all available options.


  • I received my order and it was broken/defective
  •     We guarantee the quality of our products and stand by it. If you do receive one of our products and it does meet the specification we will replace this hassle free including any turn around shipping charges. We want you to fully enjoy the experience of using our products and our passion is to make that happen.

Return Policy

Defective merchandise should be returned to the place of purchase. Your Authorized NVX Dealer is trained to handle and expedite any warranty claim. Assistance in locating an Authorized Dealer can be found at www.nvx.com or by contacting NVX directly.

 Procedure to follow if you wish to return defective merchandise:

     Step 1: Request for a Return Authorization (RMA). Click here

     Step 2: Follow instructions on sending back merchandise contained in the email confirmation with the approved RMA

     Step 3: Send back the merchandise to address identified in email. (If applicable your account will receive credit for defective merchandise)

 

Some helpful tips in sending the defective merchandise

  • Be sure to package all defective items in the original container or in a package that will prevent shipping damage
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • Please return only defective components. The return of functioning items increases your return freight charge. Non-defective items received will be returned freight collect
  •  Include a copy of the original receipt with the purchase date clearly visible and a “proof-of-purchase” statement listing the customer’s name, dealers name and invoice number and product purchase
  • Freight must be prepaid; items sent freight collect, or COD, will be refused.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from time order is received. Our system generates an email notification including your order tracking number. For further protection of your order all merchandise requires a signature upon delivery. Upon request option to change the delivery address is available by contacting us within 24 hours you placed the order. In most cases this will apply an additional charge to your account. Listed below are the available shipping methods to all US based clients. If you are interested in purchasing any NVX products and you are outside the US please email us or locate our authorized dealers. NVX will not guarantee delivery when delays are caused by external factors such as natural disasters or freight related problems.

Warranty

Mobile Electronics Limited Warranty:
When purchased from an Authorized NVX  Dealer, NVX warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period on ONE (1) YEAR from date of original purchase. In all cases you must have the original receipt. If this product is identified as “Refurbished” or “B Goods”, the warranty is limited to a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from date of original purchase. In all cases you must have the original receipt. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, NVX  will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with an equivalent merchandise. Warrant replacement may have cosmetic scratches and blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with more current equivalent products. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not extended to owners for the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase at retail, and no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore, these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights however you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
What to do if you need warranty or service:

Alternatively, if it becomes necessary for you to return defective merchandise directly to NVX, please contact us here for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to package all defective items in the original container or in a package that will prevent shipping damage and follow the return instructions below.

Warranty expiration on items without proof-of-purchase will be determined from type of sales and the manufacturing date code. Freight must be prepaid; items sent freight collect, or COD, will be refused.

What is Not Covered?
This warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from an Authorized NVX Dealer and used for the purpose for which it was designed. It does not cover:
• Damage due to improper installation and/or subsequent damage to other components
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation
• Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse
• Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse
• Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product
• Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion
• Items previously repaired or modified by an unauthorized repair facility
• Return shipping on non-defective items • Products with tampered or missing barcode labels
• Products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Freight Damage
• The cost of shipping products to NVX
• Service or installation performed by anyone other than NVX

How long will it take?
NVX strives to maintain a goal of 1 week service for all acoustics (subwoofers, midrange driver, tweeters crossover, etc.) returns. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory or part is encountered.
International Warranty?
Contact your international NVX or distributor concerning specific procedures for you country’s warranty policies.
